NanOptima is seeking a Graduate with a degree in Chemistry , Materials Science, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. You must also have a minimum of 6 months postgraduate experience in an industrial or academic laboratory. Experience of analytical and characterisation techniques would be advantageous.

As part of our multi-disciplinary R&D team, you will have a vital role in the day to day operational and technical delivery of our research programme. You will be lab based and will contribute to the design, characterisation and testing of hydrogel drug delivery depots for the temporal delivery of ophthalmic therapeutics to meet NanOptima’s objective of improving the treatment of retinal diseases.

Supported by our wider Team you will contribute to the development of innovative products and their translation to help aid the growth of our commercial activities. In return, we will provide you with the opportunity and training as required to develop technical skills and gain invaluable experience.
