Executive search consultancy, Horton International UK, has announced the appointment of scientific recruitment heavyweight, Dafydd Wright, as Managing Partner. The move comes as the company continues to implement the ambitious growth plans of parent group, Entrust Resource Solutions.

Beginning his career as a research scientist for the biotechnology and brewing industries, Dafydd brings more than 18 years’ experience of international life sciences resourcing to the role, including 12 years in both consultant and management roles for a global, executive-level interim management service.

Oxford-based Horton International UK was acquired by Dundee-headquartered Entrust Resource Solutions in 2018. Recently named within Hunt Scanlon Media’s Top 50 Healthcare and Life Sciences Executive Search Companies, Horton International provides a global, retained executive search and talent strategy service, focusing upon senior management and board level appointments.
